Sweet Drinks began as a humble dream in 2015 when founders Emma Davidson and Michael Zhang decided to bring their passion for unique beverages to the vibrant streets of Collingwood. Both having backgrounds in food science and culinary arts, they saw an opportunity to revolutionize Melbourne's drink scene with handcrafted beverages that celebrated Australia's abundant fresh fruits and native ingredients.
Starting with a small pop-up stand at local farmers' markets, Emma and Michael quickly gained a loyal following for their innovative lemonades infused with native Australian flavors. The enthusiastic response from customers encouraged them to take a leap of faith and open a permanent location on Smith Street in 2017.
What started as a two-person operation has now grown into a beloved local institution, employing a talented team of mixologists and flavor experts who continuously push the boundaries of what refreshment can be. Along the way, we've stayed true to our core values: using only the freshest ingredients, supporting local farmers, and creating drinks that bring joy with every sip.
